Soul Fiesta
Events: a site that sells the party.

Soul Fiesta runs over-30s soul, R&B and funk events across Essex, from all-dayers at manor houses to club nights. They needed a website that could sell tickets, build a mailing list and keep pace with a busy events calendar, without anyone on the team becoming a webmaster.

The brief

Events businesses live and die by the next event.

An events brand has a brutal marketing rhythm: every few months, a new event needs a page, tickets, promotion and updates, often on short notice and with details changing right up to the day. Most events sites go stale because updating them is too slow and too dependent on one busy person.

Soul Fiesta needed the whole machine to run from one place: the website, the ticketing, the email list, and the event pages, all current, all consistent, all working on the phones their audience actually uses.

What was delivered

  • Website build and ongoing management

A fast, mobile-first site with event pages that get updated as line-ups and details change.

  • Eventbrite ticketing, integrated

Ticket sales wired into the site and event listings customised, so the journey from "looks good" to "ticket bought" is short.

  • Mailchimp email integration

The mailing list grows from the site and the club's audience hears about every event.

  • Event marketing support

Promo video enhancement, DJ promo scripts for the line-up, and analytics so decisions ran on data rather than guesswork.

In the founder's words

"David at Bigview Digital built and manages the Soul Fiesta Events website, integrating Eventbrite ticketing and Mailchimp so everything runs from one place. He keeps things simple, moves fast, and delivers what we ask for. I'd recommend him to any UK events or hospitality business wanting a site that actually works."

Why it matters to you

The pattern transfers to any business with a calendar.

One place, not five

Site, tickets and email working as one system beats a website here, a ticket link there, and a mailing list nobody updates.

Speed is the feature

Event details change late. A site only helps if updating it takes hours, not weeks. That's what "built and manages" buys.

Beyond the build

Promo assets, scripts and analytics around the events. The site is the hub, not the whole job.
